AT86RF211 FSK 950~400 MHz transceiver

AT86RF211 is a single-chip FSK transceiver chip launched by Atmel. It can be used for two-way data transmission in the ISM band and is suitable for computer telemetry/remote control, handheld instrumentation, security and other system applications.
The main technical features are as follows:
・Operating frequency is 400~950 MHz;
・Data transmission rate is 50 Kb/s;
・FSK modulation/demodulation method;
・Output power is 12 dBm;
・The supply voltage is 2.4~5.5 V;
・Operating current: 39 mA in transmit mode, 27 mA in receive mode, 1 μA in low power mode, 3 μA in sleep mode;
・Use 3-wire serial interface to connect to microcontroller; ・Internal registers can be controlled programmably.
