Interface circuit between AT89C51 and RS-232
Source: InternetPublisher:elleny Keywords: Interface circuit AT89C51 Updated: 2024/08/19
The RS-232 serial interface circuit is shown in the figure below. It is mainly used for communication between PC and single-chip microcomputer. Here, the 2nd, 3rd and 5th pins of the serial port are needed for communication, corresponding to the receive, send and ground signals respectively, to complete the sending and receiving of data.
At the same time, in order to realize the connection between the microcontroller and the PC, MAX232 is used as the serial port level conversion chip to complete the conversion between the TTL level of the microcontroller and the RS-232 level.
