As a field instrument for on-site display, magnetic flap level gauge is currently widely used in food, medicine, petroleum, chemical, electric power, light industry and other industries to measure the liquid level in tanks, tanks, boxes and other containers. Since the working conditions in these fields vary greatly, some are even very harsh, which puts extremely high demands on the reliability of the product, but the existing magnetic flap level gauges on the market have many defects, which makes it difficult to meet the needs of users and makes users very troubled.
1. Defects of traditional magnetic flap level gauge
In general, the defects of domestic magnetic flap level gauges are mainly the following:
1. The display panel is generally narrow, and the farsightedness effect is poor, which is not conducive to the realization of long-distance or side-view on-site monitoring and management, and is not in line with the actual needs of users.
2. The protection level is low, and the accumulated water vapor or dust may easily cause the display panel to fail to display or display errors.
3. When the measured liquid is a corrosive liquid, a lining design is usually required to prevent the measured liquid from corroding the float and the connecting tube, thereby causing a production safety accident. At present, the lining process of the domestic magnetic flap level gauge is usually that the lining in the float wraps the lining of the connecting tube to form a seal, which will cause the lining in the float to exert a radially inward force on the lining of the connecting tube. This force causes the lining of the connecting tube to deform radially, thereby reducing the through hole in the middle of the lining of the connecting tube, causing some impurities in the liquid to be blocked, resulting in the magnetic flap level gauge not being able to work properly, causing trouble for production.
2. Three patented technologies of Jiwei magnetic flap level gauge
In response to the actual needs of users and the above-mentioned defects in the application of magnetic flap level gauges, Jiwei R&D engineers successfully overcame the above-mentioned shortcomings of domestic magnetic flap level gauges through R&D tests and obtained three major patents for magnetic flap level gauges, namely: "Lining structure of magnetic flap level gauge", "Display panel and flap accommodating device of magnetic flap level gauge" and "Display panel of magnetic flap level gauge and port sealing structure of display panel".
The problems solved and application defects overcome by the above three patents are as follows:
1. Patent for the lining structure of magnetic flap level gauge. This patent, through structural design and lining process, completely solves the problem that the through hole in the middle of the lining of the connecting small tube becomes smaller due to radial deformation of the lining of the connecting small tube, which in turn causes blockage of some impurities in the liquid.
2. Patent for "Display Panel and Flip Sheet Accommodation Device for Magnetic Flip Plate Level Gauge". This patent significantly increases the viewing angle of the flap in the first installation slot from outside the flap accommodation device by designing an open structure, making it easier to observe the changes in the flap from more angles and facilitate on-site monitoring and management from a distance or from the side.
3. Patent for the display panel of a magnetic flap level gauge and the port sealing structure of the display panel. This patent solves the display defects of the magnetic flap level gauge caused by the low protection level, and significantly improves the reliability of the magnetic flap level gauge.
At present, the magnetic flap level gauge produced using the above three patented technologies has been widely used in different working conditions of major manufacturers and has been well received by users.
