Gokewei (300672), Goodix Technologies (603160), and GigaDevice (603986) announced separately on the evening of December 20 that the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund") intends to reduce its holdings of no more than 1% of the shares of the above-mentioned listed companies through centralized bidding transactions within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement.
This is the first time that the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund has disclosed its plan to reduce its holdings in the A-share market. Goke Microelectronics, Goodix Technologies, and GigaDevice are all chip companies invested in by the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund in its first phase.
Gokewei announced that the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1,799,944 shares from January 14, 2020 to April 10, 2020, which is no more than 1% of the company's total share capital.
According to the announcement of Goodix Technologies, from January 14, 2020 to April 10, 2020, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding, not exceeding 4,557,322 shares, which is no more than 1% of the company's total share capital.
GigaDevice announced that within three months after the 15th trading day from the date of disclosure of the reduction plan, the Big Fund will use centralized bidding transactions to reduce its holdings by no more than 1% of the company's total shares, or 3.210758 million shares.
Prior to this share reduction, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund held 28.1255 million shares of Gokewei, accounting for 15.63% of Gokewei's total share capital; held 30.2 million shares of Goodix Technologies, accounting for approximately 6.63% of Goodix Technologies' total share capital; and held 31.2130 million shares of GigaDevice, accounting for approximately 9.72% of GigaDevice's total share capital.
According to the latest closing price on December 20, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund reduced its holdings of shares in Goke Micro, Goodix Technologies and GigaDevice by 79.1 million, 933 million and 627 million respectively, totaling 1.639 billion yuan.
