MINMAX MBSU03 series is a new series of 3W isolated DC-to-DC power modules in SIP-4 package. There are 9 models in the series, suitable for 5, 12 or 24 VDC input. The advanced circuit topology provides continuous output short-circuit protection and high efficiency up to 86%, allowing the operating environment temperature range to be -40℃ to +90℃.
