APM32F103RCT7 from JHIHI has passed AEC-Q100 automotive certification
Recently, the APM32F103RCT7 MCU chip of Jihai has passed the AEC-Q100 automotive certification after the third-party authoritative testing of radio and television measurement. Jihai MCU chips strictly followed various standards to carry out accelerated environmental stress, accelerated life simulation, electrical characteristics confirmation, and defect screening and other automotive chip reliability tests, and all items passed at one time.
AEC-Q100 is a standard established by the American Automotive Electronics Association in 1994. After more than ten years of development, it has become a universal standard for automotive electronic systems. It is a set of reliability test standards designed mainly for integrated circuit products for automotive applications, aiming to prevent various possible conditions or potential failure states.
