One of the protagonists of this seminar is the TT_M3HQ development board launched by Thundersoft and Toshiba . As the masterpiece of the strong alliance between two first-class manufacturers in the industry, what is the unique feature of this development board?



This development board is designed and developed based on Toshiba's TMPM3HQFDFG microcontroller. As the core device of the TT_M3HQ development board, Toshiba's TMPM3HQFDFG microcontroller uses the Arm® Cortex®-M3 core. Its maximum operating frequency can reach 80MHz, and it contains 512K bytes of flash memory and 64K bytes of SRAM required for secure communication control. This controller has the characteristics of low power consumption, high speed, high code density and fast interrupt response time required for real-time applications.


The TT_M3HQ development board is designed and developed using the widely used Mbed architecture in the industry, and has obtained the Arm Mbed Enable certification. Multiple commercially available expansion boards can be easily connected through the Arduino™ UNO connection and expansion plug on the development board. At the same time, the TT_M3HQ development board supports the SeeedGrove interface and the dedicated motor control interface, giving users more possibilities for development.



In terms of software, the TT_M3HQ development board integrates debugging (debugger) and programming (programmer) with various application example software, and supports the Mbed-OS IoT open source system, which allows access to Arm® Mbed™ online resources at any time.
