T6963C does not display after powering off and then back on [Copy link]

I use STM32F103VCT6 to drive T6963C and it can display.

But it will not display after power off and back on, it must be re-burned before it can display.

I deliberately added a flashing light program in the main loop. The light can flash, which means the program is running.

Could you please tell me what is the problem? How to solve it? Thank you!
