The sixth session of industrial predictive maintenance standard promotion and intelligent application advanced training · Beijing station is coming
As the first "Industrial Predictive Maintenance Standard Promotion and Intelligent Application Advanced Training" in China, our fifth training session was successfully held in Shanghai on April 29-30 (for details, please see the review of the Shanghai station to understand the feedback from the trainees) .
When the summer season arrives in early May, the sixth training session will start as scheduled. The "expert team" that has been widely praised by students will reunite in Beijing on May 27-28 to bring everyone high-quality "dry goods" content on industrial intelligence and predictive maintenance.
In 2019, the first national standard for predictive maintenance, General Requirements for Predictive Maintenance of Intelligent Services, was approved . In the same year, IEC/SC65E (Equipment and Integration in Enterprise Systems) voted to approve the international standard proposal for Predictive Maintenance of Industrial Automation Equipment and Systems proposed by China, and formed a standard working group convened by Senior Engineer Wang Chengcheng, Director of the Standardization Office of the Institute of Instrumentation and Integrated Systems. Technical experts from Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, South Korea, Japan and other countries participated. The international standardization results were also successfully selected into the Annual Report on the Development of Standardization in China (2019) issued by the National Standardization Administration. At present, the first national standard for predictive maintenance is about to be released, and international standards are also being steadily formulated.
In May 2021, the National Standardization Administration officially issued the standard formulation plan for "Prediction Algorithms and Models for Predictive Maintenance of Intelligent Services" (Plan No.: 20210705-T-604). This standard will conduct standardized technical research on prediction algorithms and models for predictive maintenance, aiming to improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis and life prediction by standardizing the development, testing and evaluation of prediction algorithms and models, and promote the implementation of predictive maintenance technology.
This standard was formulated by the Mechanical Industry Instrumentation and Metering Comprehensive Technical and Economic Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as the Instrumentation and Metering Institute) and is under the jurisdiction of the National Industrial Process Measurement, Control and Automation Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC124).
The sixth phase of industrial predictive maintenance standard promotion
Advanced training on intelligent applications
· Beijing Station·
Siemens "Smart Factory" predictive maintenance typical application solutions, Shanghai Electric offshore wind farm predictive maintenance application solutions, CRRC rail transit vehicle PHM solutions, NAI Instruments Duke Energy smart power plant solutions, etc. You can see the world's first-line operation and maintenance technologies in one training session.
We answer questions from multiple dimensions including data collection, feature extraction, machine learning, model deployment, cloud architecture, etc. During the training period, you can gain a comprehensive understanding of the key technical points and truly bridge the gap between theory and practice.
Only when technological innovation keeps pace with market demand can resources be used effectively and efficiently. The content taught during the training will be combined with the latest development trends in the industry, analyze future development opportunities in the industrial intelligence industry, connect with the latest demands, find incubation soil, and create business value.
Participating in training can not only acquire technical and business knowledge, but also create good interaction between students and lecturers. Technical backbones and scientific research experts from major well-known companies will gather together to exchange and learn, creating an excellent environment for you to achieve leapfrog growth in technology.
