The UF3N170400B7S is an ultra-fast, temperature-independent switching JFET with ultra-low on-resistance (R _DS(ON) ) and gate charge (Q _G ), as well as low conduction and switching losses. This voltage-controlled device is extremely efficient, with R _{DS(ON) as low as 400mΩ at V GS} = 0V , and has low intrinsic capacitance, making it an ideal choice for current protection circuits that do not require active control or cascode operation.

The UF3N170400B7S is RoHS-compliant, available in an industry-standard D2PAK-7L package, is halogen-free and lead-free, and can operate over a wide temperature range of 55°C to 175°C.
