Toshiba TCKE9 series 23V 4A electronic fuses protect power lines from external overcurrent and overvoltage. In addition to slew rate control, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), FLAG output and other functions, the TCKE9 series products also have adjustable current limiting and fixed voltage clamping functions. The electronic fuse used in TCKE9 can provide repeatable protection and high accuracy that standard physical fuses do not have.

Toshiba's UMOS9-H silicon N-channel MOSFETs are ideal for high-efficiency DC-DC converters, switching regulators, and motor drivers. Based on the new generation U-MOS9-H trench process, these MOSFETs achieve high efficiency under all load conditions.
