/ Yu Hongxiao /

Ph.D. from Virginia Tech University in the United States. He began to develop autonomous driving technology in 2009. He has participated in the China Smart Car Future Challenge many times and won the championship. He participated in the formulation of the "China Smart Car Innovation and Development Strategy" and led the completion of the autonomous driving function of more than 40 passenger cars. Produce.

A Keysight solution expert, he graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2009 and joined Keysight in 2018. ENA-X is the only solution capable of generating fast, accurate EVM measurements on mid-range network analyzers. With the new ENA-X, full vector correction can be used in the DUT plane to ensure test accuracy and repeatability with a single test setup. Avoid manually reconfiguring settings or automating complex switch-based systems and use the ENA-X Network Analyzer to verify device performance faster and reduce the likelihood of errors. Lowest residual EVM achieved through integrated modulation distortion software. Ensure test accuracy and improve noise figure measurements with wide dynamic range. Perform flexible high-power testing with direct access to the receiver to integrate boost amplifiers, attenuators, or directional couplers. Resolve input port mismatch, channel power and source errors with vector correction calibration of the DUT plane. The M8050A helps engineers design and characterize chips, devices, transceiver modules, subassemblies, circuit boards and systems. Combined with Keysight's UXR Series 80 GHz oscilloscopes, the M8050A BERT provides a complete 1.6T receiver and transmitter test solution for comprehensive evaluation of your Ethernet system.

High performance bit error rate tester

(M8040A)

The M8040A is designed for R&D and test engineers to help them characterize chips, devices, transceiver modules and subassemblies, circuit boards, and systems. These devices and systems under test feature serial I/O ports with data rates up to 32 GBaud and 64 GBaud and are primarily used in the server, computing, data center and communications industries. Many popular interconnect standards use the PAM4 and NRZ data formats. The M8040A performs receiver (input) testing for these standards as follows: PCIe 6.0/5.0/4.0, TBT3, 400 GbE, 50/100/200/400/800 GbE, OIF CEI-56G and CEI-112G, 64G /112G Fiber Channel, Infiniband-HDR, and proprietary interfaces between chips, chips to modules, backplanes, repeaters, and active optical cables. The M8040A 64 GBaud BERT pattern generator provides clean 32 and 26.5625 GBaud PAM4 output signals.
