Huaxiaxin won the "2020 Hardcore China Core Most Potential IC Design Enterprise Award"

On November 3, 2020, the "2020 Hard-core China Core Leaders Summit and Selection and Award Ceremony" hosted by Xinshiye and co-organized by the Munich South China Electronics Show was grandly held in Shenzhen. Huaxiaxin (Beijing) General Processor Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huaxiaxin") was selected as the "2020 Hard-core China Core Most Potential IC Design Enterprise Award".



At this summit, more than a dozen top industry experts attended to share their insights, and the summit brought together founders/product marketing executives from about 80 chip manufacturers, more than 20 investment/park-related executives, experts from scientific research institutes, and about 300 R&D and procurement executives from electronic terminal factories.


The "2020 Most Promising IC Design Enterprise Award" selects and recognizes outstanding IC design and R&D companies in the industry, aiming to recognize companies that have shown strong development potential in R&D technology, products, and markets. As a provider of heterogeneous processor IP and customized chip solutions for China's high-end chips, Huaxiaxin chooses to start from the underlying IP of heterogeneous chips, engages in original innovation in the field of chip design, and is committed to building a new generation of heterogeneous advanced computing Chinese engine.

Heterogeneous computing has gradually developed into one of the main trends in current chips, but different computing units of traditional heterogeneous chips use different instruction architectures, requiring different tool chains and programming systems, which increases the complexity and cost of software development. Huaxiaxin has proposed a new generation of heterogeneous computing design concept: let different computing units such as CPU, GPU and DSP support the same set of instruction sets, so that heterogeneous computing becomes "universal", while simplifying the programming environment and reducing design investment, while maximizing the potential of heterogeneous computing.


Huaxiaxin provides 64-bit heterogeneous CPU, DSP and AI processor IP cores based on a fully autonomous instruction set. Some IPs are being used by customers in 5nm advanced processes. Huaxiaxin has built an intellectual property system consisting of more than 100 global patents, filling the gap in the field of domestic heterogeneous processors. Huaxiaxin's SoC chips in application fields such as machine vision and industrial Internet have been mass-produced, and it has built its own heterogeneous ecosystem in emerging fields such as artificial intelligence.

In the future, Huaxiaxin will, based on the achievements already made in the field of computing processor IP cores, seize the development opportunities brought by new infrastructure and domestic substitution, rely on innovation-driven, and continuously enrich industry application solutions, providing customers with a complete set of efficient and collaborative computing platforms covering end, edge, and cloud applications, and building an ecological environment where advanced computing is ubiquitous, software is developed once, and deployed on multiple ends.
