Ruishi's multi-junction ToF VCSEL chip can achieve high power in a tiny light-emitting area that requires multiple single-junction VCSEL chips. Under low duty cycle (a few thousandths) nanosecond pulse width driving conditions, its optical power is nearly 3-5 times higher than that of the iToF array VCSEL chip under the same driving conditions. At the same time, the photoelectric conversion efficiency is higher than the average 45% conversion efficiency of ordinary single-junction VCSEL chips.

Ruishi's multi-junction ToF VCSEL chip mass production is completely 100% domestically produced, which has a great price advantage over similar imported chips.
