From 1998 when China began to try to independently produce display panels to 2018, a full 20 years have passed. Through the process of precise dispensing and foaming, the sealing material is poured on the part of the filter that needs dispensing to achieve waterproof, dustproof, flame retardant and other effects. The entire automatic sealing edge sealing process is efficient, safe and fast. After the polyurethane PU foam sealing material is cured, there is no joint gap, and the sealing effect and comprehensive performance are higher than the EPDM rubber sealing gasket currently commonly used in China.

In addition, in order for AAF to continue to maintain its leading position in the supply of high-end air filtration products in China, three of the world's most advanced fully automatic HEPA&ULPA filter scanning and leak detection test benches, AstroScan, were recently installed in AAF's Suzhou and Shenzhen factories. This not only allows AAF to more strictly comply with the current EU EN1822:2009 standard and the ISO29463 standard that will be implemented globally, but also ensures the ability to automatically scan and test 1,000 HEPA&ULPA high-efficiency and ultra-high-efficiency filters one by one every day.
