Fuses/Fuse Links Qualified to AEC-Q200 Rev. E
On March 20, 2023, the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC), the automotive electronic component standards body, released the E version of AEC-Q200 "Passive Electronic Component Stress Test Qualification", adding fuses/fuses to the list of devices that meet AEC-Q200 certification, so that fuses/fuses meet high standards of reliability. Littelfuse is the first manufacturer to launch a variety of fuses/fuses that meet the requirements of AEC-Q200 E version, including tubular, surface mount and ceramic fuses/fuses.

The Pxxx0S3N-A series protects exposed interfaces in automotive, industrial and ICT applications such as automotive electronics and AC power supplies. The Pxxx0S3N-A switches at voltages much lower than alternative components, and this protection thyristor is rated at 6k V / 3k A (8/20 μs), enabling devices to meet regulatory and customer surge requirements.
