Shengbang Microelectronics launches SGM58031Q, an ultra-small size, low power consumption, 16-bit ADC with internal voltage reference. Applications include automotive applications, portable devices, process control, battery monitoring systems, and temperature measurement.

The SGM58031Q is a low-power, 16-bit, high-precision, delta-sigma ADC that supports operating voltages from 3V to 5.5V. The SGM58031Q contains an on-chip reference and oscillator. The device supports an I ² C compatible interface with a selection of four I ² C slave addresses. The SGM58031Q filter has data rates up to 960SPS. The device has an on-chip PGA that provides an input voltage range as low as ±256mV. The SGM58031Q input multiplexer supports 4 single-ended inputs or 2 differential input configurations.
