Circuit working principle: According to the parameters in the picture, the switching frequency is 20 to 50 kHz. The power
switch tube is MO SE FT with a rated voltage of 50 V. If you use the
MO SE FT of BU271 , you can control a motor with an average current of 8A; if you use BUZI1, you can control a motor
with an average current of 20A . If the power MOSFETs are connected in parallel, the on-resistance can be further reduced and the saturation loss can be reduced. If an integrated circuit is used to drive the power MOSFET, the driving current will be small and the switching loss will be large. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the PWM frequency. Capacitor C is used to suppress the electromotive force generated by the inductance of the power supply lead.
