The frequency of a transistor is related to many factors, such as the working state, such as Ic. Generally, the frequency characteristic is expressed as the product of gain and bandwidth, which is called the current gain bandwidth product (Current Gain Bandwidth Product), such as Figure 6 of the SS8050 data sheet of ON Semiconductor.
You can find out what device you want to use by looking at the corresponding data page. This thing is not universal, and there will be huge differences when it is made by different manufacturers.
