How much driving time is required for transistors and MOS?

Is there a time requirement? But it can be driven within 50us, right? Does it need to be hundreds of us to ms level?

For example, transistors SS8050 8550 MMBT5551 5401 etc.

MOS tube AO3400 2300 7002 etc.

The frequency of a transistor is related to many factors, such as the working state, such as Ic. Generally, the frequency characteristic is expressed as the product of gain and bandwidth, which is called the current gain bandwidth product (Current Gain Bandwidth Product), such as Figure 6 of the SS8050 data sheet of ON Semiconductor. You can find out what device you want to use by looking at the corresponding data page. This thing is not universal, and there will be huge differences when it is made by different manufacturers.   Details Published on 2023-8-2 10:17

如果是反應時間,可能是因為電路板上的其他線路影響到反應時間.

As long as the driving current is sufficient, t,on/t,off/r,rise/t,fall are basically in ns.

Isn't it a voltage driven type? Does it need current? How much mA does it need to be greater than?  Details Published on 2022-6-6 14:00

Well said. Gain bandwidth product means that as the frequency increases, the amplification factor decreases.  Details Published on 2023-8-4 14:23
