The driving current of the transistor should be calculated based on the transistor's amplification factor and the collector current. MOS tubes also need driving current, mainly to charge and discharge the gate capacitance. The higher the frequency of the driving signal, the larger the driving current required. The larger the gate capacitance, the larger the driving current required.
