Source: InternetPublisher:抄写员 Keywords: MOS driver Updated: 2023/12/18
SN75365 is a TTL-MOS driver with 4 "NAND" functions. It is the interface between TTL circuits and high-current or high-voltage systems. It can drive large capacitive loads and is compatible with a variety of general-purpose MOS RAMs. It has high conversion speed, low power consumption, each two drivers have two common enable input terminals, and uses standard bipolar and MOS circuit power supplies. The wiring diagram of SN75365 driving 4062 type P-channel MOS RAM is shown in the figure.
