Although "Xilinx FPGA Development and Usage Tutorial" and "Altara FPGA Design" are relatively old, they are well written and sufficient for getting started.
"Advanced FPGA Design" has both Chinese and English versions. I recommend reading the English version, which is a bit... translated, and is considered an improvement. It has some good ideas and examples.
