Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop BLDC drivers;
2. Conduct simulation research on BLDC control algorithms and complete product development;
3. Complete prototype production, debugging, and version updates after mass production;
4. Be able to independently plan software development architecture, optimize program algorithms, and draw program flow charts;
5. Be able to independently formulate and implement project development plans to ensure that projects are completed on time;
6. Analyze and solve problems that arise during project implementation, and summarize and exchange experiences;
7. Prepare various documents such as product specifications during the development process and archive them in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in motor control, electronics, automation and other related majors, with mature BLDC (with/without Hall), PMSM product development experience;
2. Proficient in the principle of brushless DC motor and its control algorithm;
3. Familiar with the design of digital analog circuits around single-chip microcomputer or DSP, MCU;
4. Familiar with PID control principle, and proficient in the debugging method of PID parameters;
5. Able to design PFC circuit and debug PFC circuit function.
6. Familiar with the safety requirements of electronic circuits.
7. Able to develop FOC
8. Familiar with MO-M3 development

You don't know how scarce the technical engineering that can meet your requirements is. It's hard to recruit people with this salary.
