Recruitment position: Technical support engineer

Demand department: Technical Development Department 5K~10K yuan / month

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in or lead new product development, track development progress, and write relevant technical documents
2. Responsible for the technical support of the products, provide pre-sales, sales and after-sales technical support, and maintain good relationships with customers;
3. Responsible for preliminary research, communication between customers and technical departments, preparation of technical solutions and bids, and completion of customer technical input;
4. Assist the sales department in promoting new products and writing product promotional materials;
5. Assist the Quality Department in receiving, coordinating and handling customer complaints, and solving technical problems encountered by customers during use.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in materials, electronics and welding, with preference given to those with majors in metal materials and heat treatment, electronic technology and welding principles and metal material welding types;
2. Outgoing personality, strong expression ability, strong communication and written writing skills;
3. Responsible, strong learning and adaptability, able to withstand greater work pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

( 1 ) Technology introduction and analysis, completion of technical solution design and customer demand communication;

( 2 ) Lead the development of new products, promote development progress, and write relevant technical documents;

( 3 ) Responsible for material selection and process research and development, and complete the transition from product research and development to mass production;

( 4 ) Writing and organizing technical documents such as patents and corporate standards.

Job requirements:

( 1 ) Master degree or above, major in materials, electronics and welding, those with experience in precision resistors are preferred;

( 2 ) Experience in independently designing and promoting projects, as well as writing patents and articles;

( 3 ) Have a sense of responsibility, strong learning and adaptability, and be able to withstand greater work pressure.
