It seems that you want to simulate, so search for the varactor model in the device library, if it is there, then it is there, if not, then it is not there. It may be unrealistic to build the library yourself.   Details Published on 2021-1-14 15:42

Apply voltage

When a reverse DC voltage is applied, the junction capacitance of the varactor changes.

Does "how to indicate" refer to the component symbol? Then both the right picture and the 9th floor picture in the original post are fine. The domestic standard is the 9th floor picture.

I am also new to this, and I don't quite understand some of the parameters. I hope you can give me some advice on the model.
