[Problem] Ultrasonic directional speaker

Overview

The 555 timer is used to modulate the audio to a 20/40khz square wave, and then the transistor amplifies and drives the speaker. The circuit is extremely simple and compact, only 2*2.5CM

Now a single transistor cannot satisfy the drive pull and sink current, so there are still problems, please know!
