According to the latest news, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 will continue to use the compact and lightweight folding screen solution. The biggest difference from the previous generation is the size of the secondary screen on the back.
It is reported that the secondary screen of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 will exceed 2 inches, reaching an astonishing 2.7 inches. It should be noted that the secondary screen of Z Flip 3 is only 1.9 inches.
In addition to the screen upgrade, the battery capacity of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 will also increase accordingly. The phone will have two built-in batteries, one with a capacity of 2400mAh and the other with a capacity of 903mAh. The total battery capacity will be increased from 3300mAh of the previous generation to 3400mAh.
In terms of performance, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 will be equipped with a 4nm Snapdragon 8 Plus mobile platform. However, this chip is manufactured by TSMC and still uses a "1+3+4" three-cluster architecture design with a main frequency of 2.99GHz.
According to Samsung's press conference convention, the new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 will be released in September this year.
