Huawei's top management changes, Meng Wanzhou becomes rotating chairman

On April 1, Huawei's official website showed that Meng Wanzhou officially served as Huawei's rotating chairman. In addition, Huawei also announced that it had completed the election of the Supervisory Board, and elected the chairman, supervisors, and alternate supervisors of the Supervisory Board.

华为公司治理架构概述中指出，公司董事会及董事会常务委员会由轮值董事长主持，轮值董事长在当值期间是公司最高领袖。除孟晚舟外，其余两名轮值董事长分别为徐直军和胡厚崑，郭平卸任并出任监事会主席。根据华为的轮值董事长制度，2022年4月1日～2022年9月30日期间将由胡厚崑当值轮值董事长。

The members of the Supervisory Board are elected by the Shareholders' Representatives and approved by the Shareholders' Meeting. The Supervisory Board has a Standing Committee, which carries out daily work under the authorization of the Supervisory Board.

The current members of Huawei's Supervisory Board are: Guo Ping, Ding Yun, Li Jie, Yao Fuhai, Li Yingtao, Chen Lifang, Song Liuping, Ren Shulu, Li Dafeng, Tian Feng, Peng Zhongyang, Shi Yanli, Yang Li, Ma Qingqing, and Lu Ke.
