In response, the China Securities Regulatory Commission said that we have made it clear that we have not issued any restrictive IPO policies on companies related to Xiaomi's industrial chain, nor have we conducted any special inspections.
He also pointed out that the Commission will adhere to the market-oriented and rule-of-law orientation, carry out the review and registration of issuance and listing in accordance with laws and regulations, treat all types of enterprises fairly in accordance with the law, and ensure the stability of policy expectations. He hoped that all parties in the market would not believe in or spread rumors, and jointly create and maintain a good market environment.
It is understood that after the market rumors occurred, Xiaomi’s spokesperson’s official Weibo account released a statement on resolutely using legal weapons to safeguard the company’s legitimate rights and interests.
