According to Korean media thelec, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit recently dismissed a class action lawsuit filed by the law firm Hagens Berman, which claimed that leading DRAM companies such as Samsung and Micron conspired to raise market prices and harm consumer interests between 2016 and 2018.
The appeals court said the defendants’ actions were appropriate in a free market and insufficient to establish conclusive evidence of market manipulation.
