Sanan Optoelectronics: The company has nearly 100 domestic and foreign customers for GaAs RF

On March 2, Sanan Optoelectronics stated on the investor interaction platform that Sanan Integrated Circuit is mainly engaged in RF front-end, optical technology, power electronics compound semiconductor research and development and foundry services, and its downstream customers are mainly compound semiconductor integrated circuit design companies. The company has nearly 100 domestic and foreign customers for GaAs RF and 41 customers for filters, 17 of which are major domestic mobile phone and communication module customers.

There are 104 mass production customers for optical technology PD and 55 mass production customers for VCSEL. In the first half of this year, 518 new customers for power electronics silicon carbide diodes were developed, and more than 180 customers were shipped. Silicon-based gallium nitride has completed engineering sampling and system verification for approximately 60 customers, and 24 have entered the mass production stage.

Previously, Sanan Optoelectronics mentioned that Sanan Integrated achieved major breakthroughs in its business in the first three quarters of 2021, and its product customer trust has been greatly improved. It has received customer orders accumulated until 2022, and the newly expanded production capacity has entered the mass production stage. At the same time, it said frankly that with the gradual release of production capacity and the substantial improvement of product delivery capabilities, the scale of revenue will continue to expand.

Data shows that benefiting from strong demand in application fields such as new energy vehicles, photovoltaic inverters, 5G, and fast charging, as well as the dual drive of policies and markets, the third-generation semiconductors have ushered in rapid growth. In the first half of 2021, Sanan Integrated's sales revenue was 1.016 billion yuan. In the first three quarters of last year, Sanan Integrated accounted for 17.5% of Sanan Optoelectronics' revenue, an increase of nearly one percentage point from 16.6% in the first half of the year.
