About MOS tube recommendation [Copy link]

The 12VDC signal controls the on and off of the 24VDC relay. I want to use a MOS tube to drive it. Is there any economical and small MOS tube to recommend? If there is any other better solution, please let me know. Thank you!

Explain why it is recommended to use band-stop transistors! Ordinary small triode 2 cents and 5 cents, resistor 3 cents * 2 (pieces), processing fee 3 * 1 cent and 5 cents Band-block transistor 3.5 cents, processing fee 1.5 cents, saving 2.6 cents   Details Published on 2020-1-17 09:20

When using MOS, just make sure it has enough voltage resistance. The wire package power is not large, so using transistors is more reliable and cheaper, or it is because of the voltage resistance problem.

As Chunyang said on the second floor, in your case, transistors (bipolar tubes) are more reliable, cheaper, and easier to drive.  Details Published on 2020-1-14 13:44

Note: Whether using a field effect tube or a bipolar tube, a freewheeling diode must be connected in parallel at both ends of the relay winding, otherwise the tube will easily be broken down when it is turned off.

2N7002 should meet the requirements, SOT-23 package is relatively small

N-channel, drain current, Id max: 280mA, voltage, Vds max: 60V

From a cost perspective, band-stop transistors are preferred.
