Suzhou Goodtech: The company's semiconductor products are in high demand

Recently, Suzhou Gotech stated in an institutional survey that the company had successfully launched silver-clad copper HJT low-temperature slurry in the first half of 2021, which received high praise from customers and is currently undergoing reliability testing and verification.

2021年第三季度，苏州晶银新厂房的6个研发平台陆续投入使用，同时，苏州晶银大量引进相关研发人才，开展其他领域浆料研发。在光伏银浆方面，苏州晶银加强了TOPCON浆料的研发力量，TOPCON浆料性能得到了提高，在数家客户测试中取得了良好的结果；同时 HJT纯银浆料在效率、耗量和印刷性能上较之前也取得了显著进步；银包铜浆料也有改善，新开发出银包铜主栅浆料，突破了银包铜浆料附着力和焊接的问题。2021年1-9月份，苏州晶银异质结浆料销售量共计3.73吨。

In 2018 and 2019, domestic silver powder accounted for 95.82% and 92.17% of Suzhou Jingyin's total silver powder purchases in the same year.

It is reported that TOPCON paste is divided into front and back. The back silver paste is similar to the current PERC front silver, and the front silver paste contains aluminum, which belongs to silver-aluminum paste. At present, a small amount of TOPCON silver paste has been shipped.

In addition, Suzhou Gotech stated that in 2021, the company's semiconductor business grew rapidly. On the one hand, the overall prosperity of the semiconductor industry was high in 2021, the domestic substitution of power semiconductors accelerated, and the company's semiconductor products were in strong production and sales; at the same time, the company's production expansion capacity was gradually released, and the company's strategically deployed automotive electronics products in the past few years continued to increase their market share. Integrated circuits and PPAK packaging, and MEMS packaging and testing all grew rapidly, with sales and sales reaching record highs.
