On December 10, Wingtech Technology stated on the investor interaction platform that the company has currently built core competitive barriers for the development of the IGBT business in terms of R&D, production capacity, technology, and customer resources. In terms of R&D, its subsidiary Anshi has established a Chinese R&D center, formed a high-tech team, and continuously increased R&D investment; in terms of capacity layout, the acquisition of Newport wafer fab with automotive-grade IGBT process capabilities will be conducive to the rapid expansion of the business's future capacity; in terms of future customers, in addition to continuing to leverage the existing customer resource advantages (customers of existing products include the world's top manufacturers and service providers in multiple fields such as automobiles, mobile and wearable devices, industry and power, computer equipment, and consumption), after acquiring Anshi, the listed company also used the channel resources of the mobile terminal business to help Anshi introduce Chinese new energy vehicle customers and power customers.

Wingtech Technology is mainly engaged in technology research and development related to mobile communications, semiconductors, electronic components and materials. Its main products are smart terminals such as mobile phones, tablets, laptops, servers, automotive electronics; semiconductors, new electronic components; and optical modules.

From the perspective of automotive intelligence, Wingtech Technology has established cooperative relationships with many OEMs, tier 1, chip suppliers and other upstream and downstream of the ecological chain in terms of smart cockpits, smart networking and autonomous driving. Wingtech Technology said that the company's first smart cockpit product has successfully passed customer review and entered the prototype stage. In addition, Wingtech Technology has also launched an autonomous driving domain controller, the first 4G vehicle communication module product, etc. Wingtech Technology's goal is to become a pre-installed vehicle-grade solution provider for smart cars and smart travel in the automotive electronics industry, providing customers with a complete set of solutions from software to hardware to manufacturing (including but not limited to innovative product research and development in the fields of smart cockpits, smart networking and autonomous driving).

Wingtech Technology stated that in the future it will seize the development opportunities of 5G, electric vehicles, and the Internet of Things, continue to promote the production capacity and product layout of the ODM business, expand products from the consumer field to the industrial, IOT, and automotive electronics fields, increase investment, and transform from a service-oriented company to a product company, and strive to create greater value for shareholders.
