On November 22, Nationstar Optoelectronics stated on its investor interaction platform that the company's third-generation semiconductor products are currently in the stage of customer-cooperated development, testing and verification. The company has basically completed the establishment of a three-and-a-half-generation power device laboratory and a power device trial production line, and plans to achieve small-scale mass production by the end of 2021.
In addition, Nationstar Optoelectronics’ WeChat official account announced today the launch of a smart health sensing device, which is mainly composed of the transmitter 1816 series and the receiver 3220 photosensitive series.
According to reports, the 1816 series is small in size and easy to match with smart bracelets, smart watches and other products; it also integrates three LEDs: green, red and infrared, with high light efficiency and good reliability, and can operate stably at low power consumption. The 3220 photosensitive series further improves the light sensitivity, making signal acquisition more accurate and providing a reliable signal source for the calculation of heart rate and blood oxygen value.
At present, the intelligent health sensing device has been put into mass production, and actively cooperates with leading domestic and foreign brand manufacturers to jointly develop the field of wearable devices. In addition, Nationstar Optoelectronics is also constantly enriching the layout of health sensing device products, and can adapt customized technical solutions in different fields according to customer needs.
