On November 25, 2019, the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau disclosed that Shenzhen Qiangrui Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qiangrui Technology") had completed the coaching registration with the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau on November 7, 2019, and the sponsor was Guosen Securities Co., Ltd.

Public information shows that Qiangrui Technology is mainly engaged in the research and development, design, production and sales of jigs and equipment for tooling and testing, and is committed to providing customers with jigs and equipment products that realize automated production, improve production efficiency and yield rate. The testing jigs and equipment it produces are mainly used for testing the electrical properties, optical properties, air tightness, radio frequency and audio of mobile terminal electronic products; the tooling jigs and equipment produced by Qiangrui Technology are mainly used in the assembly, disassembly and processing of parts and components of mobile terminal electronic products.

From the perspective of product application areas, the products sold by Qiangrui Technology to Huawei are mainly used in its mobile terminal electronic products such as smartphones, and a small amount is used in its network communication products. In both the mobile terminal electronic products and network communication products application areas, Huawei is the largest customer of Qiangrui Technology.

Other customers of Qiangrui Technology in the field of mobile terminal electronic products mainly include Vivo, Lens Technology, Luxshare Precision, Jabil Green Point, Foxconn, BYD, etc. Its customers in the fields of industrial electronics mainly include Pengding Holdings, Hikvision, etc.

As of 2021, Qiangrui Technology has more than 800 employees and more than 170 R&D teams, including more than 20 senior engineers, with strong R&D and production capabilities. As of the end of 2020, Qiangrui Technology has obtained 14 invention patents, 125 utility model patents, 5 design patents and 66 software copyrights, and a number of invention patents and utility model patents are in the process of application.
