H-bridge bootstrap boost problem [Copy link]

I want to add a bootstrap capacitor to a 4NMOS H-bridge so that the circuit can be used at 20V. How are the bootstrap capacitor and diode connected to the H-bridge? It would be best if I had a circuit diagram. Thanks.

Bootstrapping requires PWM. What do your two Hall outputs mean?  Details Published on 2018-7-20 09:05

Optocoupler chips such as IR2101 have typical application circuits. You can just look at the datasheet of such chips.

It is better to first understand the working process of several MOS in the H-bridge drive circuit, why to add bootstrap boost, and then refer to some typical application circuits or references to know how to add it.

If the current is not large, using a PMOS tube on the upper bridge does not require bootstrapping.
