According to Wenhui Daily, Zheng Wei, product assurance manager of the Shenzhou XII manned spacecraft project of the Fifth Academy of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, said that the Shenzhou XII spacecraft has made improvements to a number of domestically produced chip applications, and components and raw materials are fully independently controllable. The control computer and data management computer used by the spacecraft completely use domestically produced CPU chips.
With the completion of the global networking of my country's Beidou system, Beidou navigation terminals have also been introduced into spacecraft design, and navigation calculations, return search and rescue landing point reports, etc. all use Beidou system positioning data.
According to Hubei Online Radio and Television Station, the high-precision, low-aging, vibration-resistant temperature-compensated crystal oscillator developed by Wuhan Haichuang Electronics Co., Ltd. for the "Shenzhou XII" has replaced imported products. Its performance is better than that of imports, and it has achieved complete national production and independent control.
Wuhan Haichuang Electronics is an old enterprise in Wuhan that provides aerospace products. Since the Dongfanghong-1 satellite, it has been responsible for the aerospace product support. Over the past half century, Haichuang Electronics has continuously improved its technology, product reliability and stability, and its various crystal frequency components and sensitive components developed and produced have been used in various spacecraft such as Shenzhou, Tiangong, and Tianwen.
The crystal frequency components, temperature compensated crystal oscillators, clock crystal oscillators, crystal resonators and thermistors independently developed by Haichuang Electronics have made new contributions in the "Shenzhou XII" project, playing an important core and key role in the launch, measurement and control, communication of the carrier rocket and the in-orbit flight, rendezvous and docking systems of manned spacecraft.
