On June 3, Hua Hong Semiconductor Co., Ltd. announced that its 90nm BCD process has achieved large-scale mass production on Hua Hong's Wuxi 12-inch production line with its high-performance indicators and smaller chip area.
Hua Hong Semiconductor announced that its 90nm BCD process has better electrical parameters and, thanks to the stability of the 12-inch process, has excellent yield, providing a more competitive manufacturing solution for chip applications such as digital power supplies and digital audio amplifiers.
Fan Heng, Executive Vice President of Hua Hong Semiconductor, said, "As the types of intelligent hardware and application scenarios continue to increase, the demand for power management chips continues to rise, and the performance requirements for power management chips are also constantly improving. Hua Hong Semiconductor will continue to deepen its presence in the power management field, accelerate the development of technology layout and customer accumulation, and further consolidate and enhance the company's technological advantages in the field of power management applications."
