Its business covers multiple industrial fields such as high-end optical communication modules and motor stator winding manufacturing equipment.
It is reported that Suzhou Xuchuan, a subsidiary of Zhongji Xuchuan, has outstanding advantages in the product research and development and design of high-end optical communication transceiver modules, cost control and business management. It has technologies including unique optical design and packaging platform, ultra-high optical coupling efficiency, high-speed optical module design capabilities, high-frequency circuit and signal integrity professional design and independently developed fully automatic and efficient testing platform.
In 2020, Zhongji Xuchuan achieved operating income of 7.053 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 48.25%, and net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies of 849 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 65.40%.
In this regard, Zhongji Xuchuan stated that in 2020, benefiting from the growth of global traffic, increased capital expenditure investment by domestic and foreign data center customers, and accelerated construction and deployment of data center networks, the company took advantage of its technological leadership and rapid delivery, and shipments of high-speed data communication optical module products continued to grow. 400G products have become one of the company's main shipment products, while shipments of 100G products continued to grow.
In addition, as domestic 5G network construction is in a boom cycle, Zhongji Xuchuan continues to increase its investment in telecommunications optical module products, and revenue from 5G products such as fronthaul, midhaul and backhaul has increased.
