According to Qichacha, Wuxi Feipu Electronics was established in July 2014. On February 6, 2021, the company's registered capital increased from 5 million yuan to 5.5555 million yuan, and a number of shareholders and major members changed. Shenzhen Hongtu Shanli Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Hubble Technology Investment Co., Ltd. were added as shareholders. The main member Liang Chunwu withdrew, and Fu Yiyang, Qiu Yun, Zhou Shuguang and others were added.

Wuxi Feipu Electronics official news shows that Wuxi Feipu Electronics is a leading domestic company specializing in domestically developed CAE/EDA software products. It is headquartered in Wuxi and has technical support centers in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Xi'an. At present, the company's simulation software covers the following areas: stealth RCS of fine structures of radio and television platforms, antenna modeling, model repair and meshing in complex electromagnetic environments, efficient calculation based on high-order surface meshes, parallel electromagnetic calculations, antenna layout of complex platforms, packaged antennas and high-speed simulation, RF, microwave and millimeter wave device simulation and optimization and other related electromagnetic fields.
