Anhui Lide Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Lide Materials) was established in 2014. It is a technology-based enterprise created by Gao Xiaoping's team, a team of high-level scientific and technological talents in Anhui Province. The company uses chemical additive/subtractive technology to solve the needs of micron-level precision functional materials in the fields of semiconductors, new displays, new energy, and smart terminals. Based on the high-precision metal mask project, Lide Materials undertook the R&D and production of the major strategic emerging industries of Anhui Province's "Three Majors and One Creation", and participated in the construction of the "Silicon Base" in Bengbu City. The company has been established for more than six years and has maintained the professional technology and business management level of docking and cooperation with world-class high-tech companies. Although affected by the epidemic this year, Anhui Lide's external business has been affected to a certain extent, but it still maintains healthy and sustainable development.
Zhu Fengting, manager of Lide Materials, said, "As the first team in China to develop precision metal masks, the technical difficulty of this product is far higher than the etching subtractive process required for general products, so this is our advantage. As for the products currently in mass production, the company's flexible conductive devices, new photovoltaic backplane packaging materials, VCM motor shrapnel and other products have relatively mature processes and mass production capabilities, and can provide customers with high-quality and stable products at any time."
At present, the research and development focus of Lide Materials is on the precision breakthrough of lead frames and metal mask plates, constantly breaking the industry's technological height. In terms of lead frames, Lide Materials has achieved process innovation that subverts industry technology, using the plating-first-then-etching technology to greatly improve the uniformity of electroplating, while using precision etching technology to improve product accuracy, and using its own mature mass production technology to greatly improve production efficiency.
Zhu Fengting believes that mature mass production technology determines that Lide Materials' production efficiency is higher than the industry, and it can quickly and in large quantities meet customer needs. Lide Materials' non-standard customized equipment has the production capacity of all specifications of products in the industry, meets the mass production requirements of products of various models and specifications, and can provide customers with a variety of products in a centralized manner, providing customers with one-stop services and reducing customers' procurement costs. Standardized processes and fully automatic production and testing systems reduce human intervention, improve product yield, and enable it to stably provide customers with high-quality products.
At present, in the field of LCD, China has surpassed Japan and South Korea and is at the forefront of the industry development. The material demand for OLED display panels, which is currently the focus of development, is also the largest in the industry. As an essential core material in the OLED evaporation process, the market development prospects of FMM are very promising. China's OLED industry is facing "three mountains": evaporation equipment, fine metal mask (FMM) and organic materials, and Lide Materials is committed to solving the "bottleneck" problem of FMM.
In the field of integrated circuits, with the country's increased investment in integrated circuit layout and the blockade of China's high-tech field by Western countries, the domestic integrated circuit industry has ushered in explosive growth. "In the integrated circuit industry where we are, the industrial chain is constantly improving and extending to the front end. Our products are used in the back-end packaging and testing links. The domestic development is relatively complete, and the demand for lead frame products is more clear. With the technical research and development capabilities and mass production capabilities accumulated in the field of precision metal masks, we can quickly respond to market demand and solve the "bottleneck" problem of high-end packaging materials." Zhu Fengting said.
Regarding the progress of the precision semiconductor lead frame and high-precision metal mask for AMOLED evaporation projects, Zhu Fengting said, "The company's main products are semiconductor packaging materials - lead frames and high-precision metal masks for AMOLED evaporation. The factory building is currently under intensive and orderly construction. It is expected to be capped in April 2021 and put into production around National Day."
In 2021, Lide Materials' goal is to consolidate the foundation and make steady progress. While maintaining the normal operation of Lide Materials, the focus will be on completing the construction of Lide Semiconductor's plant and the installation and commissioning of mass production lines for high-precision etched lead frames. The Lide Materials team has formulated a detailed goal advancement plan to ensure that the goals can be achieved on schedule, with guaranteed quality and quantity.
