On December 24, Jingce Electronics stated in an institutional survey that the company has basically formed a layout in all areas of front-end and back-end semiconductor testing. Wuhan Jinghong, a joint venture established by the company and South Korea's IT&T, mainly focuses on the field of automatic testing equipment (ATE) (the main product is memory chip testing equipment). It has currently achieved technology transfer, domestic research and development, manufacturing, and localization of core components for key core products, and has achieved batch repeat orders from domestic first-line customers.

WINTEST, a subsidiary of Jingce Electronics, and its wholly-owned subsidiary Wayne Testing in Wuhan are currently focusing on the field of driver chip testing equipment. Currently, through the introduction, digestion and absorption of relevant technologies in the semiconductor testing field of WINTEST, the company has the ability to develop and produce related products, while also further reducing production costs and improving the competitiveness of related products. Bulk orders have been obtained. 

At the same time, Shanghai Jingce mainly focuses on the field of semiconductor front-end inspection equipment, and has developed film thickness measurement and optical key dimension measurement systems suitable for semiconductor industrial applications with elliptical polarization technology as the core. Shanghai Jingce's film thickness products have obtained batch repeat orders from domestic first-line customers, OCD measuring machines have obtained orders and have been delivered, and Shanghai Jingce's supply chain has basically achieved localization; the development of other customers has also achieved good results, and the research and development of related equipment such as electron microscopes is in line with expectations. The first set of equipment has been delivered recently, and the remaining reserved products are currently in the process of research and development, certification and expansion.

In the field of panels, although there is basically no investment in new LCD plants at this stage, and there is not much investment in new OLED plants, and new display technologies have not yet been commercialized on a large scale, due to factors such as the reduction in production capacity of overseas panel manufacturers, the increase in panel prices, and the increased difficulty in recruiting workers due to the epidemic, customers have strong demand for equipment technical transformation, which also stimulates further investment in OLED. It is initially estimated that the good prosperity of panels will continue in the short term. In the field of traditional panels, Jingce Electronics is currently mainly extending to the front-end of the industry, key core component research and development, and screen quality optimization.

Regarding the application prospects of Micro LED, Jingce Electronics said that at this stage, the development direction of display technology is also moving towards Micro LED technology, and Micro LED will also likely become the successor of future display technology, applied to wearable watches, mobile phones, car displays, AR, VR, Monitor, TV and large displays. As a service provider of display panels, the company also follows the development of the industry to develop testing equipment and optical instruments suitable for Micro LED. At present, small-size Micro LED display testing equipment has been developed and applied, and in the future it will target large-size Micro LED displays and gradually improve the Micro LED product line. 

At present, the entire Micro LED industry has not yet been commercialized on a large scale. The company currently has a lot of related R&D, technology and product reserves, and has made corresponding preparations. In the future, it will make corresponding matches and industrialization according to the investment development of the industry. It is expected that the industry investment in Micro LED will increase at the beginning of next year. The company will seize this industry trend and actively participate in the competition.
