On December 22, Yaguang Technology issued an announcement stating that its holding subsidiary Chengdu Yaguang Electronics Co., Ltd. recently signed the "2021 31st World University Summer Games Event Information System and Event Command Wireless Private Network Service Procurement Project-Event Command Wireless Private Network Contract" with the Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Economic and Information Technology in Chengdu.

According to the announcement, the subject of the contract is the construction of a wireless private network for event command and event operation support services for the 31st Summer University Games in 2021, with a total contract price of RMB 73.96 million.

It is understood that Yaguang Technology Group Co., Ltd. is engaged in the research and development, design, production, sales and service of military semiconductor components and microwave circuits and components. Its products belong to the category of military electronics, including semiconductor discrete devices, microwave hybrid integrated circuits, microwave monolithic integrated circuits, microwave components, etc. Tianyancha shows that the company produces and sells yachts, commercial boats, special ships made of self-produced composite materials, metal materials and multi-hybrid materials; high-speed water equipment, platforms, equipment accessories, electrical equipment; ship and power equipment repair and maintenance, etc.

On October 16, Yaguang Technology released its third-quarter performance report, stating that Yaguang Technology achieved operating income of 439 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 18.14%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 1.47 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 97.27%.

Yaguang Technology stated that the total amount of this contract is RMB 73,960,000, accounting for 3.35% of Yaguang Technology's audited operating income in 2019, which will have a positive impact on Yaguang Technology's operating performance this year and in 2021. The signing of this contract has no significant impact on the independence of Yaguang Technology's business. Yaguang Technology's main business will not become dependent on the relevant contract parties due to the performance of this contract.
