Today, Ni Fei, President of ZTE’s Terminal Business Unit, announced that three Snapdragon 888 flagships from ZTE, Nubia, and Red Magic will soon be launched.
Among them, ZTE’s flagship is the ZTE AXON 30 series, the Red Magic is the Red Magic 6 series, and the Nubia is the Z series. All three flagships will be equipped with the Snapdragon 888 flagship processor.
According to online reports, Snapdragon 888 is built based on a 5nm process.
It uses 1 x 2.84GHz (ARM's latest Cortex X1 core) + 3x2.4GHz (Cortex A78) + 4x1.8GHz (Cortex A55), the GPU is Adreno 660, uses X60 5G modem baseband, and supports WiFi 6E.
Officials emphasized that Snapdragon 888 is Qualcomm's most powerful mobile platform to date. In addition to the industry-leading 5G connectivity capabilities, it also brings breakthroughs and innovations in AI, games, and cameras.
It is worth noting that in addition to ZTE brands such as ZTE, Nubia, and Red Magic, OPPO, vivo, Xiaomi, realme, Sharp, LG, Motorola, Black Shark, OnePlus, Meizu, ASUS, Sony and other brands will all be the first manufacturers equipped with the Snapdragon 888 5G mobile platform.
