If the smartphone is installed on the bracket in front of the air-conditioning vent in the car, water beads will form inside the camera and cannot be wiped off. The water beads will take about a minute to disappear.
Samsung said: "This is a natural phenomenon that occurs with waterproof phones. Investigation is currently underway."
Korean YouTuber 테크몽, who has 340,000 subscribers, lowered the air-conditioning temperature in the car to below 18 degrees, and placed the Galaxy Note10, Galaxy S20, and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra in front of the bracket in turn for testing. As a result, only the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra had condensation.
