Lingsheng Technology: The first intelligent Internet chip has started project cooperation with local enterprises in Sichuan

On July 17, Wang Zhengpu, member of the Standing Committee of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Minister of Organization, and his delegation visited Lingsheng Technology.

According to official information from Lingsheng Technology, Lingsheng Technology has focused on strengthening ties with local Sichuan enterprises and establishing in-depth cooperation in its business operations, driving the local development of the supporting industrial chain with chip design. Currently, Lingsheng's first IoT chip has started project cooperation with local Sichuan enterprises.

According to a report by Jiwei.com in April, on March 15, Lingsheng Technology's first self-developed AIoT chip was successfully taped out and is expected to be officially put into mass production in the second half of this year.

It is reported that Lingsheng Technology is jointly funded by Beijing Jianguang Asset Management Co., Ltd., Unigroup Technologies Co., Ltd., Qualcomm (China) Holdings Co., Ltd., and Beijing Zhilu Asset Management Co., Ltd.

In March 2019, Lingsheng Technology's SoC chip project and supporting projects were launched in Shuangliu District, Chengdu. The project has a total investment of 10.4 billion yuan, and is mainly engaged in the research, development, design and sales of mobile phone SoC chips, AIoT (artificial intelligence Internet of Things) chips, distribution of Qualcomm mobile phone chips, and research, design and manufacturing of supporting projects for smart phone terminals. It is reported that the first phase of the project focuses on the research and development and sales of AIoT chips and mobile phone SoC chips, and the distribution of 50 million chips from Qualcomm in the United States. In 2020, the first self-developed mobile phone chip will be launched, and the research and development of 5G mobile phone chips will be started; the second phase of the project plans to jointly build supporting projects for the research and development, design and manufacturing of smart phone terminals with industry partners.
