Recently, Li Yang Chip issued an announcement stating that the company submitted the application materials for the initial public offering and listing guidance registration to the Guangdong Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on May 25, 2017, and disclosed the "Reminder Announcement on the Company's Acceptance of Initial Public Offering and Listing Guidance" (Announcement No.: 2017-033) on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Information Disclosure Platform on the same day.
As of the date of disclosure of this announcement, Li Yang Chip has passed the guidance and acceptance of the Guangdong Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission under the guidance of Dongguan Securities Co., Ltd. Shareholders and investors are requested to pay attention to the following important reminders:
1. Currently, the company's shares are in a suspended transfer state. According to relevant laws and regulations, after the company submits the application materials for the initial public offering of shares and listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board to the Shanghai Stock Exchange and obtains the "Acceptance Letter" issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the company's shares will continue to be suspended from transfer in the National Equities Exchange and Quotations, and shareholders holding the company's shares will not be able to trade their shares.
2. According to relevant laws and regulations, if a company issues shares for the first time and is successfully listed on a stock exchange, the shares acquired before the initial public offering shall not be transferred within twelve months from the date on which the company's shares are listed on the stock exchange.
In addition, Li Yang Chip also released its 2019 annual report. In 2019, Li Yang Chip achieved operating income of 232 million yuan, an increase of 67.66% over the same period last year, and achieved a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 60.8379 million yuan, an increase of 281.98% over the same period last year.
Li Yang Chip said that in 2019, with the support of "domestic substitution", upstream design companies continued to place additional orders to the integrated circuit manufacturing end, gradually showing signs of tight capacity in mid- to high-end testing, and even unexpected situations such as insufficient capacity in high-end testing. The company's testing capacity utilization rate has rebounded significantly.

Its main businesses include integrated circuit testing solution development, wafer testing services (CP), chip finished product testing services (FT) and supporting services related to integrated circuit testing. In September 2015, Li Yang Chip was successfully listed on the New Third Board.
