Today, vivo announced on its official Weibo that vivo APEX 2020 was officially unveiled.
It is reported that vivo APEX 2020 has a 120° full-view integrated screen, which completely eliminates the left and right black edges and the middle frame in the front view. By equipping with an under-screen camera and 60W wireless ultra-fast flash charging, it realizes a super-integrated cutting-edge design with no openings in the whole machine; the gimbal stabilization structure is built into the main camera of the mobile phone, and it is equipped with a 5-7.5x periscope continuous optical zoom camera with high resolution + high image quality to make the recording clearer.
Let's take a closer look at the vivo APEX 2020:
1. 120° full-view integrated screen: APEX 2020 wraps a 6.45-inch screen on the body, with the left and right display areas curved at an angle of up to 120°, completely eliminating the left and right black edges and middle frame from the front view. Combined with virtual pressure-sensitive buttons, it achieves both pure beauty and functional practicality.
2. APEX 2020 has a built-in under-screen camera. With an “invisible” front camera, it effectively frees up the internal stacking space of the device while presenting a super integrated cutting-edge design with no openings.
APEX 2020 has innovated the screen pixel layout and circuit design, increasing the light transmittance of the screen above the front camera to 6 times that of other areas, and effectively reducing the impact of optical interference, diffraction, stray flash, etc. on camera quality through a series of algorithm optimizations. The 16-megapixel front camera also uses four-in-one super-pixel photosensitive chip technology, realizing the innovative technology of clear imaging even when the camera is placed below the screen.
3. Micro-gimbal main camera. After a long period of technical research and development and multiple rounds of experiments, vivo cleverly embedded the micro-gimbal structure into the built-in main camera of APEX 2020. It can achieve anti-shake in multiple tilt directions, and the effect is more outstanding in both anti-shake angle and anti-shake dimension. According to the test, the anti-shake angle of the ultra-stable gimbal main camera is greatly improved by 200% compared with ordinary OIS optical image stabilization, and the picture integrity is also preserved to a greater extent.
4. 60W wireless fast charging. APEX 2020 is equipped with a charging solution that challenges the industry ceiling - 60W wireless ultra-fast flash charging, which takes into account battery capacity and body space, and can fully charge 2000mAh in just 20 minutes.
5. 5-7.5x periscope continuous optical zoom. APEX 2020 launches a camera equipped with periscope continuous optical zoom technology, becoming the first truly high-magnification continuous optical zoom mobile phone, bringing optical zoom that continuously maintains high resolution and high image quality between 5-7.5 high-magnification focal lengths, effectively improving the expression of details when zooming in.
The zoom lens of APEX 2020 specially adopts a "four-group lens combination" - two groups are fixed and two groups are movable, while achieving high-magnification continuous zoom and real-time focus functions. Thanks to the periscope structure design, the entire module is only 6.2mm thick, successfully placing such a "professional-grade" zoom lens in the ultra-thin body of APEX 2020.
