The total transaction amount is 101,000.00 million yen (approximately RMB 65.3541 million based on the exchange rate on December 4, 2019), accounting for 1.68% of the company's audited net assets in 2018.
It is reported that Crystal Optech holds a 15.48% stake in Japan Optoelectronics and is the largest shareholder. The company's chairman, Mr. Lin Min, serves as a director of Japan Optoelectronics, and Japan Optoelectronics is an affiliate of the company.
Japan Opto-Tech is mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of coating equipment and core components for the optical and touch panel industries. Precision coating equipment is Japan Opto-Tech's main product, and its market share ranks among the top in the world. The company plans to purchase coating equipment from Japan Opto-Tech this time, with a total transaction amount of 101,000.00 million yen.
Crystal Optech stated that the company's plan to purchase coating equipment from Japan's Optoelectronics will help the company expand its production capacity, accelerate product structure upgrades, improve profitability, ensure the sustainable development of the company's optical business, and have a positive impact on the company's future operating performance.
